Conductor Mélanie Léonard and the Wild West New Music Ensemble perform modern masterworks with a wild twist. This animal-themed concert features Prokofiev’s beloved favourite Peter and the Wolf, narrated by Calgary’s own Jonathan Love alongside 20th century master, Luciano Berio’s Opus Number Zoo. Children and adults alike will delight in R. Murray Schafer’s Beauty and the Beast featuring mezzo-soprano Sara Staples. It’s fun for the whole family!
