Scott Edward Godin began his musical training on piano, completing a Bachelor of Music Degree at the University of Alberta with Helmut Brauss. By winning the Johann Strauss competition in 1993, Scott was able to study in Vienna, Austria with internationally renowned pianist Paul Badura-Skoda.
